Moira McLaughlin

 

Moira established moira mclaughlin associates (mma) in 1993 following 13 years experience as an operational and senior manager in local government.

As a highly experienced facilitator, professional counsellor and coach, she specialises in action learning, leadership and team development, conflict and stress management.

Since training as an action learning set facilitator with Roger Gaunt and the Greater London Employers Secretariat (g.l.e.s.) in 1987, she has developed a wide range of programmes with senior executives, managers and supervisors and trains and supervises set facilitators.

Moira is an executive member of the International Foundation for Action Learning (IFAL) UK. and belongs to an international internet set and a face-to-face group for her own continuing personal and professional development.

Moira works with a small group of associates, who share values and ways of working and who underpin and complement key areas of expertise.
