Stefan is a consultant specializing in Organizational Development, Coaching and Mediation. Designing and implementing holistic and sustainable transformational change processes in organizations as well as accompanying human beings in their own and self-paced path of development are core elements of his work as development consultant. Stefan is coordinating and accompanying several Action Learning projects in the public and private sector in Germany.

His professional career includes a variety of leading positions in large, multi national organizations (Siemens AG, Deutsche Telekom) in areas of  Sales, Business Operations and Management Consulting.

Along his personal and professional path he has been inspired and touched by:
