Emmanuelle Roger

 

Emmanuelle has a Master degree in Business and Administration from Reims Management School in France and Helsinki University of Technology in Finland with a specialisation in cross-cultural business.

She is the Head of Consulting for Qualintra SA in Geneva, Switzerland, a company that specialises in helping organisation “energise” themselves through their people.  She truly believes that successful companies have understood that their people are the difference and that their culture is their strengths.

At Qualintra, Emmanuelle focuses on helping clients use feedback to increase their performance through a better alignment between people and strategy and by making people impact tangible using a scientific approach to measuring people related factors. Qualintra is known for its expertise in Europe and for the unique way it transforms feedback into performance indicators.

Emmanuelle has solid consulting experience working with and managing multicultural and cross-functional teams. She works with stakeholders at all level of the organisation including Board level across Europe. Emmanuelle enjoys working in an international and complex environment.  She also has a solid financial background with a good experience of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Qualintra in 2007, Emmanuelle worked for 9 years for British Telecommunication Consulting and System Integration business (formerly known as Syntegra). There, Emmanuelle delivered and managed change management and business transformation assignments internally and for external clients.  Her external customers have included the National Health Service and companies within the global telecommunications industry. She also worked as an Organisation Development consultant in the area of talent and leadership development.
