Emmanuelle
has a Master degree in Business and
Administration from Reims Management School in
France and Helsinki University of Technology in
Finland with a specialisation in cross-cultural
business.
She is the Head of Consulting for Qualintra SA
in Geneva, Switzerland, a company that
specialises in helping organisation “energise”
themselves through their people. She truly
believes that successful companies have
understood that their people are the difference
and that their culture is their strengths.
At Qualintra, Emmanuelle focuses on helping
clients use feedback to increase their
performance through a better alignment between

tangible using a scientific approach to

Service and companies within the global
telecommunications industry. She also worked as
an Organisation Development consultant in the
